The Model Kitchen shows upgraded Maple Cabinetry with Crown Moldings and Granite Countertops.  Several choices are available for both cabinets and counters.  There is a microwave shelf and an abundance of storage.  Kitchen Island includes additional storage, dishwasher hookup and an extra deep single bowl sink with Kohler lever faucet and a bar height Granite Counter.

View from Living Area into Dining Area with Kitchen in background.  Hardwood Flooring shown in Model is an included upgrade for all Building #1 homes and runs throughout the entire First Floor (except Baths).  While Ash flooring is shown, there are several other styles to choose from.  A custom oversized Ceiling Fan / Light is centered over the Dining Area.
