August 5, 2003 - Newton, NH – The Carriage Barn Equestrian Center is pleased to announce the return of Ms. Lisa Singer for a two day Driving Clinic, Saturday and Sunday, November 15th & 16th, 2003.

Ms. Singer’s accomplishments include being two-time Triple Crown of Driving Winner, two-time National Pairs Driving Champion (1994 and 1997), and Coach of the World Singles Team. Perhaps her most lasting achievement has been in connecting this sometimes – thought – elitist sport with a wider world of horse people. The first woman to win a National Pairs Championship is modest, humorous, easy to talk to, and a wealth of information.

The Carriage Barn’s driving clinics have been widely successful; where learning, fun, camaraderie, and great food all add up to a wonderful weekend. Both participants and auditors enjoy learning with Ms. Singer, through her wonderful “Beasties” stories, Morgans with a heart of gold.

The clinic will consist of a limited number of 45-minute private “hands on” lessons with Ms. Singer. The day’s activities will run from 8:30 to 5:30 on Saturday and Sunday. Auditors may observe for one or two days. Join us Saturday evening with Ms. Singer for cocktails and dinner as part of our 2003 clinic season finale.
