Ann Miles, Builder
ANN MILES is a custom home builder and a licensed remodeler. She holds a construction supervisor's license, is a member of the national and state builder's associations and has served on the board of The Builder's Association of Greater Boston. She also works with the Graduate Builders and Graduate Remodelers Institutes and develops courses on lot selection, construction quality, and project management.
Ann grew up with a father who developed subdivisions. She learned to respect the art of creating an admired neighborhood. She spends considerable time analyzing each potential site, keeping in mind house placement, natural contours of the land, and minimizing the impact on the environment.
